Delete your LabelCatch account
In the app
Open LabelCatch, go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. Your account and its usage records are deleted immediately and permanently.
Without the app
Email boldde21@gmail.com from the address you signed up with (for Google, Apple or Kakao sign-in, the email of that account), with the subject "Delete my LabelCatch account". We delete the account and its data within 7 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: your account (email or social account id), Pro status and usage records.
- Not on our server at all: your watchlists, history and photos — they are on your phone. Remove them with Settings → Reset everything or by deleting the app.
- Kept: nothing linked to you. The shared ingredient table has no personal data.
- Subscriptions are billed by Google Play or the App Store. Deleting your account does not stop billing — cancel the subscription there.
